Donna Bautista

After completing her Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics at UC Santa Barbara, Donna’s early professional work began in education as a Substitute Teacher and Instructional Aide for the San Diego Unified School District. Eager to focus her attention on a field more entrenched in art and fashion, Donna embarked on a new career in Cosmetology. She first became acquainted with Firefly as an extern from Citrus Heights Beauty College, and upon receiving her Cosmetology license in 2008, transitioned into their assistant program. Through Firefly Donna has been able to advance her cutting, coloring, and styling techniques, and participate in product knowledge classes for TIGI, Bumble and Bumble, Nioxin, and Jane Iredale mineral makeup (and she continues to participate in new classes regularly). Donna views each day as a new chance for knowledge and growth and welcomes the opportunity to share what she has learned with you!
